1. Details: 72 Mbit (4M × 18-bit / 2M × 36-bit) synchronous pipelined burst SRAM, utilising the No Bus Latency (NoBL) architecture to achieve true back-to-back read/write transfers. The devices support operating frequencies of 250 MHz, 200 MHz and 167 MHz (3.4 ns access time), feature all-register I/O, support byte-by-byte writing, and offer linear or interleaved burst modes. The core is powered by a single 3.3 V supply (3.135–3.6 V), whilst the I/O supports 2.5 V or 3.3 V, making it suitable for high-throughput caches.
